A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen city and welcome  to visit our factory any time you are in convenience.

A:Yes,we can give free samples upon receipt of your mass production order.

Q: How to get an accurate quotation?
A: To give you a detailed quotation, we need below information
    Drawings(2D or 3D), photos, sketches or samples of products.
    Detailed sizes of products.
    Material of products.
    Surface treatment of products.
    Ordinary purchasing quantity.

Q: Is there any MOQ required?
A: For high qtys and also 1-2 pcs qtys parts are fine for us as our customers are equipment builders so sometimes the qtys is single，but the price for small quantity would be higher than big quantity.

Q: How long do you need to quote?
A: Usually,we will send quotation within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry with all the necessary details.

Q: How is the warranty of the products quality control?
A: We ensure the highest quality by using only the highest quality raw materials and subjecting all our CNC machining parts and products to a rigorous Quality Control System.we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.

Q: How are the parts shipped to customer?
A:We ship parts  by DHL Fedex and Ups or air shipping if parts are heavy enough,We packed parts individually and have pack slip inside in each carton for receiving dept to double check when receive the parts.

Q: What about the payment terms?
A: Our payment terms is Net 30 days so we will get paid after deliviery for sure. This will guarantee you have the best safty for the business
